Up for auction is a large vintage Victorian print signed Sincerely Mary Pickford. This lovely portrait is mounted in a 28 inch by 10 inch frame. Frame does show some sign of wear and matting does have some foxing to it. The print itself looks to be in great condition. I did not remove the backing on this piece for any further inspection. This is a beautiful antique lithograph by Virginia Janus. This rare yard long lithograph features an exquisite array of pansies.Research shows this piece was a supplement to Demorest Magazine about the turn of the century, making this gorgeous old litho over 110 years old. Found at an estate sale, the early owner of this print glued spots of the litho to a cardborad back for sturdiness. The glue has dried and the litho has almost completely separated but for one area at the bottom, and for this reason I have left the cardboard attached as you can se in the photos. The print is without stains , however there is a 1/4" tear at the bottom(for which I have provided a photo), and another tiny tear at the top.
